Delivery

UK DELIVERY

We offer free standard delivery in the UK on all orders over the value of £99 and free UK returns.

Delivery time is 5-7 working days for most items. On occasion, when a product has to be obtained directly from the brand, this may incur additional order wait time.

For all UK orders under £99 the standard delivery charge is £4.95 (2-3 working days)

International Delivery

We offer complimentary FREE Delivery to anywhere in the world on all orders over £99. (7-10 working days) 

For all orders under £99 the following standard shipping fees apply -

EU -    £7.99 (3-5 working days)

USA  -  £6.95 (3-6 working days)

Rest of the World (ROW) - £9.95 (4-7 working days)

We ship Monday through Friday and do our best to process all open orders before we close for the weekend. We do not ship over the weekend, or on UK bank holidays. Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order during bank holidays.

  • You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand and cannot give you an estimate of the cost, as charges may vary across the world. 
  • As an international customer, please do your research to ensure that there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs. If you are unfamiliar with customs charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. It is your full responsibility to verify the customs, duties charges and procedures in your country prior to placing your order.
  • If customs charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipping costs.

Returns from the UK:

We also accept returns of online purchases in our store in Kirkby Lonsdale, within 14 days of delivery. Currently unavailable!

All returns must be sent within 14 calendar days from the delivery of your order to receive a refund, excluding our custom-made clothing, bespoke pairs of footwear and altered goods.Upon receipt of returned goods, Crofton & Hall reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet these return policy requirements.

All goods are to be returned unused, in their original packaging and with all labels and garment tags still attached. Any garments returned in an unsellable state will be returned to the customer and the refund will not be processed. This does not affect your right to return faulty goods. 

Returns from Europe* (Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Slovakia): Free returns on orders over £499. 

It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for all carriage and costs incurred when returning goods under £499. We would recommend that you return the goods with a delivery service that insures you for the full value of the goods, as Crofton & Hall cannot take responsibility for any items lost without proof of delivery.

Returns from the USA: We regret that at this time we are unable to cover the cost of returns from the USA.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all products being returned are in perfect condition, with tags still attached. If these conditions are not met, your product(s) may be returned to you. 

If you are returning a product and require a refund, we cannot be responsible for any customs duties or fees associated with that return shipment.

 

Returns from Australasia: We regret that at this time we are unable to cover the cost of returns from Australasia.

Delivery Amendments 

If you need to amend an order for any reason, please contact our customer services or use our live chat on our website as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that any order can be amended, as it may have already been shipped. Please note, amended orders may incur an extended delivery time.

Non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns of jewellery, earrings (for health and hygiene reasons), underwear, custom-made clothing, bespoke pairs of footwear or altered goods.

Wrong Item(s)

In the unlikely event that item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact customer services as soon as possible and within 14 days of delivery. We will then advise on how to process with the return. We will cover the postage costs for our error.

The parcel has not been delivered 

In the unlikely event that your parcel has not been delivered, please email customerservice@croftonandhall.comso that we can locate the whereabouts of your parcel. 

Claims

If any item purchased is damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 48 hours via 01524 587 639 or customerservice@croftonandhall.com. Please quote your order number and we will endeavour to rectify the issue as soon as possible. Please note that when exchanging damaged items for orders less than £499, the customer remains liable to shipping costs if the order is outside of the UK or the European countries listed above.

Sale Items

Sale items have the same 14 day return policy as full price items. 

If you need a different size/colour sale item to what you received, we suggest you purchase this online whilst it is available and then return the unwanted item. We are unable to hold sale items. 

Alterations

We offer free alterations on certain garments. Payment will be taken in full before the garment is altered and no refunds can be accepted after the garment has been altered. Please email customerservice@croftonandhall.comfor more information.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are the perfect present for those hard to buy for individuals. Available through our online store, they are non-refundable and last 12 months from the date of purchase.
