What payment methods do we except? - We accept major payment cards, namely MasterCard, Visa, Maestro and PayPal. Crofton & Hall also supports Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure Code verification. We also offer the payment facility Klarna for certain goods.

Do I need to sign for my delivery? - You will be required to ensure that someone is present to sign and confirm acceptance of the delivery when it arrives. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, then it may be taken to a local collection point. You can track your order by logging into your account. PLEASE NOTE: Our carriers are offering COVID safe non-contact delivery during this period

Can I make payment via phone? - Unfortunately, we do not take over the phone payment for security reasons. If you need any assistance with your online order please contact customer services at customerservices@croftonandhall.com or use the Live Chat facility on the store.

Do Crofton & Hall ship internationally? - Yes, please place your order and follow the delivery options to complete your order. 

Do Crofton & Hall offer a gift card service? - Yes, we offer gift cards. They are available to purchase online and in-store at C&H, 34 Main Street, Kirkby Lonsdale, Cumbria, LA6 2AJ.

Do you Crofton & Hall offer a gift wrapping service? - Yes, we offer a complimentary gift wrapping service with EVERY order. 

I am missing/have an incorrect item in my order? - In the unlikely event of receiving the wrong order please contact our customer service team at info@croftonandhall.com to resolve this issue.

How do I exchange my product? - You can always exchange any of our products, all we ask is that the footwear has not to be worn and is in a resalable condition. To do so, send the item along with the completed returns form back to us at the address on the form. We will then promptly send your new pair to you.
